Overall

use the Osco Pharmacy in Wauconda. I have been for at least a year or better now.

The staff behind the counter at Osco is so friendly and helpful, polite, courteous, fun yet professional in every way. They are informative and willing to take an extra moment out for you if need be no matter how busy they are. When you are at the counter you are the highest priority they have to address.

I have personally seen them get verbally abused by customers that just "don't get it". They have handled the situation with the highest regard to respect to this person.

My wife watched a very irate person extremely verbally abuse one of the pharmacists because the prescription they presented was well over a year old. (This person evidently made that point very clear to all people in the area.)

The pharmacist held their composure and handled the event nothing short of professionally. My wife was the next in line and was still greeted with a warm smile and friendly greeting. Kudos! That's class.

Thanks again to all the staff members behind that pharmacy counter. You all do a great job and I am wholeheartedly pleased to be your customer.

Although for the past +20 years of living here in town I lost faith in our Jewel grocery store as they are never prepared and stocked when they open.(This is great if you are a 9 - 5'er or start shopping after 11:00 am)

The staff isn't really that friendly unless they know you (now that the red carpet campaign is well over with). However some of staff is real polite after you check out and ask you for a rating.

The "Fast Lane" is an oxymoron.

The meat I purchase really isn't that good of a quality and hasn't seemed to be in years. (I don't remember T-bones, Porterhouse and filet's having so much if any grizzle)

The veggies are meant to be consumed the day of purchase (Heck, the Mercado has the same produce) and you really, (and I mean really) need to watch the expiration dates at this store unless you are consuming your product very soon if not immediately.

Sorry kids. Just my experiences and being honest.
